talk from metroPCS, you can send mobile to
mobile text messages to virtually anyone you
want, anytime you want from your metroPCS
phone.* metroPCS offers unlimited mobile
to mobile text messaging for one flat
rate; another reason to go metro!
*You can only send or receive text messages
while in your local metroPCS coverage area.
Maximum message length is up to 160
characters. Any characters over the maximum
will be deleted. Due to unforeseen
variables, such as restrictions on the
recipient's account/service provider, the
functionality of the recipient's handset,
your location or the location of the
recipient (outside of the metroPCS coverage
area) or delays in the SMS platform,
messages may be delayed or never delivered.
Consequently, there is no guarantee of
actual delivery.

metro connect account upon activation of
service. At anytime you can add money to
your metro connect account so you can make
international long distance calls, purchase
personal ringtones or call directory
assistance.
The international calling rates offered to
our customers are exceptional! Just see for

advance how much you will be charged per
minute, simply visit our international long

use your metro· connect account to make
domestic long distance calls at a rate of

It's so easy to add money to your metro·
connect account, too. Simply dial *99 from
your metroPCS phone or use the express - pay
feature to add money while surfing the net!

long-distance/directory-assistance calls

your long distance, like filling up a
bucket of minutes. You are notified of
your balance each time you place a long
distance call. Long distance balance
carries over from month to month. Any
balance left after 12 months will
expire.
Q.8 What
happens if I try to make a call outside
the coverage area? A.8 MetroPCS offers credit card
roaming for customers who need to use
their phones outside of their coverage

digital calling area, my phone switches
to the analog network. Could I do this

be billed? A.10 Each month you will receive
a text message on your handset. This
message will tell you how much you owe,
what your account number is and when
your payment is due. If you need a
summary paper bill, we can send you one
for $2.00/month. Some of our customers
like to receive an electronic bill so
that they can see the detail of all
their local calls. There is also a fee
of $1.00 for this service.
Q.11 How can I
pay my bill? A.11 The easiest way to pay your
MetroPCS bill is to sign up for
Auto-Pay, which allows an automatic
debit to be made to your designated
credit card each month. Credit card
payments can also be made through our
automated system by dialing *611, at a
MetroPCS store or with a Customer
Service Representative. Customers who
receive electronic bills can also make
online credit card payments. A check
payment can be mailed in with your
remittance stub, or you can pay by check
at one of our stores. Cash is accepted
at any MetroPCS store, as well as our
authorized payment locations. All
payments made at authorized payment
